How to reach ?

Government higher secondary school poonur is situated at 'Kanthapuram' in 'Unnikulam' Panchayth of 'Kozhikode' district . It is about  3 Kilometer away from 'Poonur town' which is on 'Koyilandy-Thamarassery' State Highway. From Poonur town travel through 'Poonur-Narikkuni' road and divert to 'Kanthapuram–Mangad' road at Kanthapuram. Those who from Kozhikode and Wynad side should reach Thamarassery, and  travel through Thamarassery-Koyilandy highway and reach Poonur.Those from Kannur and Vadakara side should reach Koyilandy, and travel through Koyilandy-Thamarassery highway and reach Poonur. Frequent buses are available from Koyilandy and Thamarassey to reach Poonur. In Poonur-Narikkuni route buses are less and it is better to rely other facilities like autos and trip sharing jeeps.
